During the dark years that followed my dive accident, I deviated from my healthy eating habits. This deviation is partly due to my limited control over my diet, as I live in a hospital or group house. It was also because my health awareness was reduced. Most disgust with life, I proportionally hedonistic and suicide. I am looking for comfort in gustatory pleasure at risk of damaging my health.

To be more appropriate, I often keep an eye on my favorite for fatty and savory or sweet food, with the results I get and lose my tip – that is, part of my vitality. This disadvantage is unpleasant. Devitalization is the worst form of impoverishment. In a weak state, it is tempted to deny that happiness is possible or commensurate with the effort and choose an easy choice: laziness and carelessness or death.  

Health is the basis for every human achievement, even when it's bad, in this case it gives a lot of vitality and long life than when it's good. I promise to do everything that is possible to be healthy to maximize my potential to live and love.

In fact, health is not only a matter of vitality and long life; This is also a sanity problem. A good mind is a healthy body. Next, which depends on the other. This dependency has realized me with the clarity that fascinates a few months after I moved to my apartment and increased my diet. At that time I had studied many health books. They have helped me define and fulfill my nutritional requirements much wiser.
